Prerequisites:
 A sincere desire to learn the classical yoga teaching. Physical ability is not the deciding criteria to entry into the program.
The course is held in beautiful Cu Chi, Vietnam, 45 miles NW of Ho Chi Minh city, a one-hour drive from the airport. The center is located on 17 acres of quiet, green, shady trees with beautiful lotus ponds. The yoga and meditation classes are held in a large, tile-covered meeting hall.  The rooms are comfortable and built to Western standards. Air conditioned rooms are available.

Bio: Swami Sitaramananda is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and current director of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA and Ho Chi Minh Center in Vietnam. Description: Day One – Physiology: The aim of this day is to introduce all prospective teachers of pregnant women and pregnant women to a demystified and demedicalised approach to pregnancy, labour and birth.  Day Two – Yoga Techniques: This day offers you practical advice on writing classes for pregnancy and the post partum phase. You will work through class structures. You will be given the chance to apply your knowledge and expertise into the class setting under the guiding eye of Vicky. You will be trying out your class plans on each other and Vicky will be given individual practical advice on how to hone your skills. Day Three – Practical: You are invited to join Vicky in one of her evening pregnancy classes. This is then followed by a general yoga class for your own practice after an intense weekend. Bio: Tracy Weber is both a certified yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute. Bio: Meet Master Yoga Instructor Arvind ZanjeI was 15 when I started my yoga journey. I met my Yoga Guru Shri Dilip Darbar and begin a regular practice with him. Shri Dilip Darbar is a master yogi, dedicating his life to yoga, he received his training from KaivlyaDham Yoga School in India. I diligently practiced under my Guru’s instructions for 10 years. I then enrolled in Gujarat State Yoga Culture Association from 1993 and 1994, and earned my professional Yoga Instructor Certificate.I was eager to begin teaching, and did shortly after graduation in 1994, and I have been teaching in India and aboard every since. As a writer, I’ve had articles published in Indian Papers and Health Magazines on yoga and related subjects. As a researcher, I have conducted studies on the relationship of a yoga practice on stress, diabetes, asthma and heart disease. My research on yoga’s benefits to relieve mental and physical stress, led to commissioned work to create a Yoga Mediation and Mental Relaxation Studio facility for Health Clubs and Yoga Studio in India.

In 2007, I traveled to USA to teach yoga. I was the Head Yoga Instructor at a summer camp in Maine. It was my first overseas yoga teaching experience and a challenge for me yet it was wonderful. Since then I have conducted yoga workshops on my USA yoga tours from 2007 to 2011. I’ve taught classes and workshops in Kansas, Missouri and New England, and I’ve enjoyed work with Yoga Australia leading YTT programs in Thailand and India.
I’m an advanced practitioner and teacher of Iyenger, Asthanga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga. I teach a wide variety of yoga subjects including: Asana, meditation, pranayama, sun salutations, chakras, japamala, kriyas, chanting, bandhas, mudras, philosophy, history.
